Next, we have Kotori R
[Auto][(1)Put 1 card from your Hand to Waiting Room] When this card enters the Stage from Hand, you may pay the cost. If so, search your Deck for a [Plant] trait character and add to your Hand after showing to your opponent. Shuffle your Deck afterwards.

Lucia RR is what I will called a potential card, her ability allows her to power up by reversing more opponent and at the same time thin your Deck by reducing the number of cards in your Waiting Room before you refresh. Though her drawback is that her power is 1500 lower than normal level 2 so basically you need to ensure her to reverse one character when she just enter the Stage to be on par with level 2, cost 1 vanilias and ensure her survival again on opponent's turn somehow to reap the benefits which is not that hard to do considering the 4000 counter in the old Rewrite booster.
Next, Kotori R. She is basically a trait searcher and from my knowledge. Rewrite heroines have quite a number of different traits so perhaps the kotori today points to a possible pure kotori deck if not, the search targets this card can do will be quite limited though still useful with the variety of Kotori cards around already.
