First up, her RR support
[Continuous][Assist] Characters in front of this card gain the following effect
[Auto] When this card is reversed in battle and your Stock is lesser than your opponent, you may put this card into the Stock.
[Act][(4)Put this card into Rest] Choose one character that is same or lesser level as your current level from your Waiting Room and put onto the Stage in any Slot
Next, her RRR version of her level 2
[Auto] When any of your other [Music] trait character or a character with "Hamzou" in the name attacks, this card power +1000 for this turn.

"Hibiki" RR allow you to turn disadvantage into advantage by letting you have better compression as long your stock is lesser than your opponent and provided you don't trigger any Climax. Her ability to enter character from Waiting Room also help you by burning away the Climaxes in the Stock and coupled with her first ability that helps you to gain stock, the pain of paying 4 Stock for her ability activation can be lessen to some extent.
"Hibiki" level 2 allow her to grow in power when your other characters attack, its pretty ok for a level 2 since you are able to reach 10000 with 2 attacks by your other [Music] characters.
