First up, haruka level 3

Next, we have the RRR version of haruka from the booster

A very weird haruka level 3 today, power of 9500 and having the ability to "heal" but at the same time, have the ability to "reverse" a level 2 and lower character? This card's effect to "reverse" opponent is pretty weird considering its a level 3 and can only "reverse" level 2 and below unless Imas is coming out cards that lowers opponent's level if not this card is pretty much used for the entry "heal"
The RRR today allows you to trigger safely for the first attack which is a pretty useful effect in all decks while the power is 4500 it can easily reach 7000 as long you have a full field of [Music] trait character, the only downside is that its a character with 4500 during opponent's turn as long you don't have any other supports.
