today we are having "kanade" RR and "hibiki" R
We have a red level 0 "kanade" RR
[Auto] When this card is reversed in battle with a level 0 or below character, you may choose to put that character into reverse
[Auto] [2] When this card is sent to the waiting room from the stage, you may pay the cost. If so, choose one character with "tsubasa" in name from your waiting room and add into your hand.
Next, we have yellow level 0 "hibiki" R
[Auto] [(1) send 1 card from your hand to waiting room] When this card enters the stage from hand, you may pay the cost. If so, search your deck for a [music] trait character, show it to your opponent and add it into your hand.
2 utility cards today and they are even R and RRs to begin with.
Firstly, the "kanade" RR is good for any deck that is playing "tsubasa" as main since your targets to retrieve can only be "tsubasa" characters. Level 0 "zibao" is always useful though I dont think "hibiki" themed deck will be running that card since it does limits the options quite a bit
Secondly, the "hibiki" R is a standard enter stage pay 1 stock and drop 1 card searcher. Its good for most deck since you can swap your hand like dropping "change" targets to the waiting room or dropping climax to the waiting room and allowing you to search 1 card from your deck thus thinning your deck and in some cases affect your triggers.
In a nutshell, today's utility cards are quite strong in pulling out the combo pieces for symphogear deck and coupled with "bond" cards, its quite easy to attain a desired hand most of the time for this series.
