Today showcase another paired cards. Elly allow you to have a higher chance of getting Cordelia in Hand by using her Bond effect and with her second effect, you can boost your character an additional 1000 power which could really help at times.
Cordelia Level 0, allowing her to be 4500 during opponent's turn as long as the specific Elly card is on the Stage. 4500 is really a huge wall to overcome at Level 0 but considering the wide use of "zibao" this card's usefulness might be seriously undermined.
