First, Akiho Support

[Act][ Put the top card of your Deck to Clock and put 2 of your characters to Rest] Choose one " A Summer Day, Kaito" from your Waiting Room and place it on the Stage in any slot.
Next, we have Kaito that can be entered via Akiho's effect
[Auto][Put one character from your Hand to the Waiting Room] When this card enters the Stage from Hand, you may pay the Cost. If you do not do so, put this card into the Waiting Room.
[Act][1] This card get Soul +1 for this turn.
Wow, I actually do like Akiho's art for this card. It is just really nice but anyway on to the effects. Another trait support for Robo notes, with Level support and trait support for 1000 from the previous COTD, this makes it the third support being previewed as at least a Rare. Bunch of good trait supports for people to choose from.
Akiho's 2nd effect allow you to skip Kaito's drawback when he enters from Hand.
Honestly, I don't really like the combination of effects since Akiho is Level 1 and her ability allow her to enter a Level 1 which is pretty pointless to me.
Level 1 Kaito has a power of 6000 and an additional ability thus the harsh drawback of dropping one card when he enters the Stage from Hand, this could be good when you are dropping cards for "Change" or dropping Climax just before you are refreshing.
