Thats pretty much sum it all for the Fate Zero's preview. Tomorrow is the release though the cardlist is already out on the internet already.
Ok, this new saber is pretty much what bushiroad promises us of shifting the game towards a "make opponent Level 4" gamestyle. The power boost for saber pretty much couple with her ability that reduces Soul since possibly, you will not be Clocking during Level 3 hence the small handsize which give her the boost. Secondly, her third ability that gives additional Soul output will more or less hasten the game since you are doing more damage. But still, if you are looking for a "Enter Heal" Saber, the TD saber Level 3 is a good choice with 11000 on your own turn or if you prefer damage, there is always Saber Alter from Fate Hollow.
