First we have Waver,
[Auto] When your character attack, choose one of your [Servant] trait character, that character get power +1000
Next, we have Iskandar
[Continuous] For each of your opponent's card in Rest, this card power +500
[Auto][1] During the turn when this card enters the Stage from Hand and it put your opponent's character in battle into reverse, you may pay the cost. If so, put that character into the Clock.
[Auto][2] At the start of your Encore step, you may pay the cost. If so, choose one of your other character and this character, both are sent to the Memory.At the start of your Draw phase, put those 2 characters back onto the Stage.
Today's waver is unique, its quite rare to see a level 2 support that buffs character when they attack.
Iskandar is pretty decent since most of the time, he will be 11000 due to 3 of your opponent's front row character being in Rest. His second ability allow you to pay the cost after the conditions are met so you do not need to worry about wasting Stock if you failed to reverse your opponent.
His last ability is a "fake" Encore, this actually help save your Handsize and resources but since its a level 3 card, that might put you in more danger since your opponent can hit you with higher Soul output due to the empty gaps on your Field.
