[Weiss Schwarz] Card Of the Day 03/09/2012

Welcome to the month of September and this is the week that Fate Zero is going to be released. And for today, we have the very awesome female character from Fate Zero, today featuring Irisviel RR and Illya!

First, we have the RR

[Auto][1] When this card attacks and you have the Climax "Symbol of Determination" in your Climax zone, you may pay the cost. If so, search your Deck for up to one level 1 and above [Master] or [Servant] trait character, show it to your opponent and put it into your Hand. After which, shuffle your Deck.

Next, we have Irisviel and Illya!!!

[Auto][Bond/"Mage-slayer, Kiritsugu"][1] When this card enters the Stage, you may pay the cost. If so, choose one "Mage-slayer, Kiritsugu" from your Waiting Room and add it into your Hand

[Auto][Bond/"Doll of Einzbern, Irisviel][1] When this card enters the Stage, you may pay the cost. If so, choose one "Doll of Einzbern, Irisviel" from your Waiting Room and add it into your Hand.

I am quite happy for today's card especially since I am quite a fan of the Irisviel and Illya. Both the art look awesome to me. Ok, on to the topic of their effects,
Irisviel RR has the search engine that Fate Series decks have been lacking, to make it even better. It searches level 1 and above [Master] or [Servant] which is pretty much what your whole deck is going to consist of, the only sad part here is that its a Climax combo so I would say this card will depend on player's preference. The Searcher from Fate Zero EP still work better.

Next, the Irisviel and Illya card. That card basically give you a Handsize increase of 1 by paying 3 stocks. One of the target is today's RR while the other target is

the 3k Counter from Fate Zero TD. Thats pretty much sums it up. I personally will not recommend using this card but depending on the whole cardpool, the additional Handsize might be able to do wonders

Thats all for today

  1. Isn't Mage-Slayer Kiritsugu the 2/1 back up in the fate/zero td?
