[Weiss Schwarz] Card Of the Day 30/08/2012

Welcome peeps, to another Card Of the Day. Today we have Fate Zero as usual but this time with another new master and servant combi and quite a complicated relationship.

Today we have Waver and the King Iskandar!!

First, we have Waver RR support

[Continuous][Assist] Characters in front of this card get power + x where X is the number of characters with [Assist] ability x500
[Auto] When the Climax "The Bond between the King and his Retainer" is placed onto the Climax Zone, reveal the top card of your deck. If its a [Royalty] or [Alchemy] trait character, put that character into the Stock.

Next, we have Iskandar

[Auto] When this card attacks, both player put the top card of their Deck to the Waiting Room. If the card put into the Waiting Room via this effect has a higher level than the card your opponent put into the Waiting Room, you may put the top card of your Deck to the Stock.(Climax are consider as level 0)

A scaling type support by Waver this time round. So far we have been seeing quite a few supports in Fate Zero booster. By himself, he give support of power +500 and by coupling with the usual level X, he will give a support of power +1000 which is pretty decent and considering that he has a Climax Combo to allow additional Stock, this card might be good in preparing the player for higher level when you can start using the Stock.

Next, Iskandar is actually a re-model of an old type of card that add stock. Previous cards have the condition of reversing your opponent's card before able to add Stock and their power is mostly the same. This card will help in reducing the condition a little while leaving all to luck since you have no idea what you and your opponent is going to be putting into the Waiting Room by the effect. Besides that, this card is quite technical in the sense, you could burn off your opponent's Climax giving him one less chance to cancel or burn off your own Climax so that you will not need to worry about removing it from the Stock.

Thats all for today
