First, we have the character herself

And heres the climax
Today's card are quite weak for a power-based deck. "hibiki" can increase her power to a maximum of 6500 by using an event without any other support. Though 6500 base power just by activating an event is pretty high but the condition makes it unstable and events normally only activated during your own turn unless it has the "counter" icon.
This makes "hibiki" very vulnerable during your opponent's turn.
But, on the view of soul-rush, this card is pretty decent. First due the climax being a +2000 and +1 soul climax, you can actually control your soul output on your attacks and her climax combo give all character +1 soul thus you will probably have 2 characters with 2 soul and 1 character with 3 soul, the variety of soul output is quite good to rush your opponent with.
