Today we have a "yellow" level 2 "hibiki" that is gonna link the previous week's card of the day
A "yellow" level 2 rare
[Auto] [1] When this card enters the stage from hand, you may pay the cost. If so, choose 1 "Gungnir" from your waiting room and add it into your hand.
[Startup] [Put this card into rest] Choose one of your character, this turn that character power +1500
Next, we have the much-mentioned "Gungnir"
Choose 1 of your level 2 and above character with the name "hibiki" in it and send it to waiting room. After which, choose 1 "tachibana hibiki" from your waiting room and put it in any slot on the stage and that card gets power +1000 for this turn.
So finally, the puzzle has been solved. The "Gungnir" that allows a superior call of "tachibana hibiki" is actually a level 2, 2 cost event. Considering the base cost of all level 2 are at least 1, alongside with the event cost which is 2. The total cost to superior call "tachibana hibiki" is actually 3 which is actually a "change" from level 2 to level 3 type of cost.
In addition to that, if you want to retrieve the event back from waiting room, you actually had to pay additional of 1 cost making the cost a possible of 4 which isnt very stock friendly for most "yellow" decks
However, this card is very very strong and I shall explain in abit.
First, I shall reveal a small trick, considering that you need to "heal" you can actually use "gungnir" to send "tachibana hibiki" to waiting room and superior calling her back via the event and thus a free "heal" if you have no other targets except the one on the field.
Lastly, this card is going to be a very key card for "hibki" deck

This card effect actually allow a level 1 to become a level 2 so you can actually reduce your cost by using a level 1 with 0 cost as the character to be send to the waiting room for "Gungnir"
